Returns

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except in the case of damaged or missing items.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at SocieteHumanite@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the damage and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or alternative resolution.

Missing Items:

If your order is missing items, please contact us at SocieteHumanite@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, send the missing item(s) to you.

To report a damaged or missing item, please contact us at SocieteHumanite@gmail.com with your order number and supporting documentation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our customer service at SocieteHumanite@gmail.com.
